Apprenticeship help?

    I really want to work with the ESB and ive heard people on about getting an apprenticeship with them but i have no clue where or how to get an apprenticeship with the esb? does anyone know what i have to do ive looked around the internet but i cant find anything i live in limerick btw if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance!

    You have to wait for the ESB to advertise apprentice positions. They offer Electrician and HGV Mechanics apprenticeships. As far as I know they advertise competitions around February.
    Its quite competitive and you will probably need either previous experience or some form of industry sepecific education to get accepted.
    Yiu first apply on line, then you do an apptitude test on line. If you pass that you get called to an interview.
    I applied for the HGV two years ago and got as far as the interview stage.
