Dual Sim Android - Under €100

I'm heading to the States in Feb and am considering getting a dual sim smart phone so as I can use it over there for calling (have relatives over there that we are meeting up with) and for Internet (would like to be able to use google maps etc).

Is it possible to get a decent smart phone for under €100 (excluding any custom excise i might potentially have to pay).

I currently use a HTC m8 and like it a lot so anything similiar to this.

I was looking at this

before I got a oneplus2 invite. Looks to be very going value - however you have to check the bands for compatibility with the US networks

Or this a motorola refurbish from Amazon

Alot of the cheaper chinese dual sims - arent the best to allow easy switching of the sim you are using however the three above should be fairly safe bets.

Just remember to check that they will work in the part of the US that you are going to.
