Invoicing Software

    Hi,

    I am looking for invoicing/accounting software that will allow me to log jobs against a particular customer as I do them and then raise an invoice at the end of the month for each customer.

    Currently I take note of each job in a log book and then manually invoice using a word template at the end of the month. Far from ideal!! Looking to streamline and simplify things and cut down on admin time.

    I also want the software to be able to do VAT returns.

    I am aware of Big Red Book, Sage etc but not sure if they are suitable for the above or if there is a better option.

    Looking forward to your suggestions/advice. Hope the above makes sense!!

    Might be worth looking at Zoho invoice. Free and paid versions.

    They also have CRM products so you can track customer interactions.
