Requesting a Paper Bill

    Hi,

    I signed up to the Irish Water website on behalf of my parents, but after I received our bill by email, I realised we are signed up for paperless billing. I can't find an option to switch to receiving the bills by post. My parents would prefer to receive a hard copy as they are only comfortable paying in the post office. Should we be expecting to receive a hard copy as well? If not, how do I turn off paperless billing?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As your parents are signed up for paperless billing they will not receive a hard copy bill in the post. To receive bills by post the named account holder can contact us on 1890 448 448 and request for these to be issued. Alternatively, if you are a named contact on the account, please send your name, address and contact telephone number by private message and we can look into the matter further for you.
