Can't log in

    Have tried logging in to check the current state of affairs with our account and why we had not received the grant letter after registering online and providing bank details, but can't. Even though I have kept a careful record of my log in details it says they are wrong.
    Not getting any email for the reminders of password etc either.

    What have you changed without my knowledge?
