If you know what's in there already then you can just add more of the same (top up). Check your owner's manual.

Coolant
If you don't know when you filled up with fresh coolant last not then you should flush the coolant anyway and fill with fresh.
Otherwise it's fine to top up with the same type as you have in there already.

Remember to recycle old fluids, they are poisonous in nature.
