    Hi All

I have storage heating in my 1 bed apt. I am quite confused how it works, I can get it to heat up in the evening no problem.

But my issue is the input and output and the thermostat on the wall.

I out the output to 4/5 in the evening and that brings out the heat but ONLY if the input is also moved to about 3 or 4. My understanding is that the input was only to be increased at night time for the charging overnight and then put back to minimum during the day and the output is the only one to be used then?

Also the thermostat confuses me, what am I meant to have the overall master control at? Because the 'recommended setting' doesn't seem to even heat up the heater. I've attached a few photos of the thermostat/input output and the actual heater.

The model is a Unidare wmc724 - any help would be appreciated
