slats for autumn born calves

    my timber calf slats have totally disintegrated, anyone have any ideas on replacement ?
    Would need to support 250 - 300 kg. (sucklers) Was looking at plastic pig slats ,very pricey, anyone use durapak slat panels? would cow mats do if they were scraped regularly
