Hi,
A new HSE Speech and Language Therapy panel has just been advertised and I was wondering would anybody have any advice on how to complete the competency based questions? I am a new graduate and have no experience with interviews specifically relating to speech and language therapy. I have not gained employment as of yet and therefore don't have any practice experience since graduating. Would anybody have any advice on what they look for specifically in an application and where I may find any sample answers just as a guide in terms of structure.
