Replace iphone 5s with?

My wife has a 16gb iphone 5s, the storage is become an issue so id like to replace it for her with a 32gb+ android phone or one with a sd card slot. I reckon she will get circa 300 for the 5s, so what could i get for around that thats relatively recent?
