Dept. of Social Protection don't have my current address, haven't received my TIN

    Hello,

I posted here last week about this. We moved house in August and we informed Irish Water of the move and have our current house registered with IW, however we still have not received the letter from Dept. of Social Protection with our TIN. I called the Conservaton Grant Support Team on Monday and they said that they didn't have our new address in their records, only the old one, so they can't send a letter to our new address before IW passes on the information. Can someone please let me know what can be done about this to ensure I get a letter with our TIN sent to the correct address? I'm assuming once you guys at Irish Water actually send our correct details over everything should sort itself out.

I should also mention that your helpline appears to be broken... I tried calling twice and after entering my account details and choosing the options required for help there was just silence on the phone, no message or music indicating that I was waiting for an operator, which I'm assuming I wasn't.

    Thanks

    Cian
