    Arrived this morning just removed it. It's passcoded and FMI is more than likely turned on. Came from the states CDMA Verizon but the 4s is a world phone so there's a GSM sim slot on the side. No idea if it's unlocked.

    Might be of some use to someone on here. Giving it away free if anyone wants it.

    NO PMS UNLESS YOU ASK FIRST IN THE THREAD.

    Update

    I bought two Verizon cloud locked iPhone 4s for €22. Shipping and import charges brought that up to €52

    First one had FMI on

    Second didn't just a passcode. Restored through iTunes its unlocked and 64GB

    Minus postage/vat I paid just €11 for it.

    It's brand new cosmetically.
