How PLC points work

    Hello just wondering if anyone can tell me how the PLC points work. If I want a course that does not accept my FETAC course code but the points are 365 and I get 8 distinctions (400 points) can I get this course through the points that I receive even though it doesnt accept the code for the FETAC entry?

    If they need a particular FETAC course, they need that course, doesn't matter what you got in another one.

    The links with third level are specifically agreed in connection with certain courses; the third level colleges want people who have completed particular FETAC courses. It's not a generic "points system" like the Leaving.
