surgical wisdom tooth extraction

If anyone can help id much appreciate it. Went to get a wisdom tooth out but dentist was unable to do it and said I'd need it done surgically. Rang today and was told I'd be waiting 18 -24 months publicly. Was incredibly sore the weekend, have no health insurance and was just wondering if there's anywhere that do this…
