Internet dropping out

    Currently on Eir fibre 100mb. Been having issues the last few nights, internet goes completely dead around 10.30pm/11pm the last few nights. Just wondering if it's a service issue or is it my router?

    It's a Zxyel F1000, never seem to have had this issue before. Green light for internet goes off for a few minutes, turns red and then back to green and I'm good again.

    Any ideas as to what it might be?

    Check your line stats during an outage and compare to when all is OK. Could be due to maintenance works if its happening at a particular time.

    I contacted online support at Eircom to be told there's nothing wrong with the line. Was told it could be a wireless issue, but that doesn't explain the internet light going off. All the PC's and devices in the house have been assigned static ip's and the router is placed in an area with little interference. Has anyone here ever experienced this issue before?
