Status bar flashing?

    Lately I noticed my states bar at top keeps flashing on and off sometimes it states away for couple seconds. Should. I be worried??

    Flashing as in flickering randomly? Or a message icon showing and fading?

    The black bar at the top of screen with time, battery status etc looks like it's floating up and then it's just black for few seconds and it comes back down.

    Could it be breathing notification switched on?
