I found an old English coin, think it is either a penny or half penny. It's a bit worn but can make out year of 1820s. On one side is a lady sitting on a chariot/cart. The other side has a kings head with the letters MB stamped in the middle. Anyone know what this stamp means or if it is of value? Thanks

First, in unreadable condition its unlikely to be of any significant value.

The George IV coins up to the penny (half farthing, farthing, halfpenny, penny) all feature Britannia with her shield which can look like a cart or even wheelchair if worn. What the "MB" means I don't know. If, for instance, its a halfpenny in poor condition its near worthless - just keep it yourself.

Could you take a photo of both sides? You may need to mangle the URL as newer users can't post links.
