Wanted: 16" Boys Lightweight Bike

I am looking for a decent, very light 16" bike, for a four year old.
The main consideration is that it HAS to be light.

Hello, I have an Apollo 16" boys bike, single speed, to sell. It is steel so I don't know if that is light enough for you?

Islabikes and Cuda are the two frontrunners in terms of weight but also worth keeping an eye out for Ridgebacks as an alternative and may be got comparable to other brands as above second hand

Thanks Columbus. I had a look at the Halfords website and the weight is listed as 10.4kg. Thats a bit heavy. We were looking for 2-3 kg lighter if possible. Thanks again for the reply.

Thanks Matt. Ideally we would buy an Isla or Cuda new but the price is a bit prohibitive. We will have a look at the Ridgebacks
