I got an offer for Kingstart tyres of 50 euros (175/65/R14)...Is it a good price?

you mean John Banks Tyre?
I got an offer from them : Dayton tyres at €55 ea or Firestone at €65 175/65 R14.

I have also asked at John Banks Tyre and it is 15 euro per wheel for fitting/balance/disposal
