This year I have most of the bills paid, so will be going to loan repayment.

You could also have put an option of 'living expenses' in there too:( It's fcukin unreal what it costs to live these days, especially with a family. For single people you could slum it for a few years to build up a farm. But anyone who has kids in college (I don't) must be finding it hard going.

Big hole made in most of bills ,transferring it out of farm account and into another personal account .at end of year hopefully farm won't need it or very little anyway .+ 1 on living expenses ,wife and young daughter here and we live a decent life but far from splashing out on luxuries or cars etc and it's scary what's the monthly outlay is .thank god the wife is still working!!!

Just treated like income from sales and goes into the account that stuff is paid from.

Despite it being a poor yr milk price wise. We will finish this yr with all bills paid. Something we haven't had in a long time.
I'm getting my own sfp this yr and young farmer top up hopefully. How much I'll get I don't know yet. Hopefully it'll keep me sorted we'll into first half of next yr

Will be paying off the merchants bill. This includes feed, fert, hardware etc. Should have enough left for the last 99 of the year on the way home from paying the bill.

It will sit in the account, along with cattle sales later in the month. Them two are the only big incomes. Then each month loan repayments, living expenses to a joint Ac with herself, try to pay all bills at the end of the month, hate them hanging over me. Come September it's a lean few months. Although I have being building up sheep numbers the last few years so more lambs for selling from now on hopefully. There's no fortune to be made unfortunately, and with out grants it would be a non runner

Kovu , I see 2 people are sending theirs onto you . Another moderators perk !
The father gets the SFP here and he has rang 3 times this week about different things on done deal that we "ought" take a look at !
A winter holiday would be my choice if I had it and didn't need it for farm bills to pay with it

Poll needs a Michael Noonan option;)

Was planning to upgrade the tractor and erect a couple of new sheds, also had an eye on a new jeep which i think i'll change, possibly buy a new slurry tanker and more stock...

because the young lad reckons that his toy farm just isn't big enough for the bedroom floor and sure he need something for christmas morning to play with. :D:D

The young lad is due a big reality cheque check........

Just looked there, and it has arrived, I don't think I'll be doing any of the above though.
