Padmapper is the best best. It indexes Craigslist, Kijiji and other sites so you can see all of the rentals in a certain area. You can also refine it by price, number of bedrooms, etc.

Actually I found that padmapper routinely wasn't indexing entries from Craigslist so I stopped using it. Craigslist itself is probably the best place.
