I've a cow that got mastitis in 2 tits before she calved I've being draining the tits and giving her a broad spec antibiotic but still clumps coming out cow has calved since shes a bbxfr and has a great bag of milk but only has one tit left as other is a blind tit. What's the chance of the milk coming back im going to tube them again in the morning very disappointed as Shes a super cow .

It's very hard to say but to keep strugging her out will be a good help. Catching and treating it early on is the main thing. If it's just off white with small clumps it's a good sign but as Whelan says above, the darker it is, in my experience it's a bad sign for the milk reappearing.

Is the calf sucking at the one tit all the time? Wouldn't do if you tubed her and he got confused and sucked the tubed tits!

It's light in colour near like water, I tuned the teats this morning again, I'll tried milk Her out there this evening but there was nothing in then I think the calf had suck them. Amy other animal wouldn't given Me a second thought to get rid . Would she feed a calf on one teat. She has a great udder but I'd doubt there's much there
