Headline should have read 184. Can't change it.

We have had a power outage and now that its back, its only giving a no load voltage of 184. What are the implications for the equipment in my house. I also have my own well and submersible pump. I have unplugged all the stuff with motors, though I am unsure if this is necessary.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"

    Leave everything unplugged, esp motors.

Incandescent lamps will be ok, as will some equipment designed to run on a range of voltages

I only have 57 volts and funny thing is not a single light or anything else will work only a small tv which I did not expect.

CFls probably wouldn't even light at 57V, even an incandescent would be very dim at that voltage.
