Hi I drive a three year old peugeot bipper van, and recently its been popping out of 4th gear. This started out if the blue never had any reason to suspect any problem with the transmission.

I'm just wondering could anyone tell me what you reckon the problem might be and give me a rough idea of the cost of repair. iv been dithering between the selectors or the bearings.

Btw, I know I'll have to take it to a gearbox specialist to be repaired, Im only asking about price so I can put money away towards the cost of repair.
