Any ideas what colour to put with this dress. Jacket, shoes and bag colour?

I would definitely go with red, looks stunning with navy! Lovely dress!

    Thanks for that.

Beg to disagree - I think WHITE is best of all with a strong blue. Very clean and crisp look, go-anywhere, Princess Diana did it a lot.

It's such a strong colour, adding any other colour sort of clutters it up a bit (in my opinion)

Really agree with this. I find the hot pink type colours to loud and bold with the navy. I wore a nice short white jacket over a navy dress to a wedding last year and I think they complemented each other! (I thought so anyway!)

I'd go for gold. Thinks it looks great with royal blue. esp. at this time of the year too. Lovely dress, where's it from?

I have similar coloured dress and I matched it with white jacket and silverish shoes and bag. Nude might also work for shoes. It's actually quite hard colour to match, it's not navy so red or hot pink don't work that well with it (hot pink doesn't work with anything anyway ;)). Plus judging by the photo you already have white panels under lace.

Yes its a hard colour to match. I like the white jacket with it but the problem is shoes and bag - what colour. Cant really go for white shoes and bag. It was got from a small boutique in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan.

Gold, tan or nude I think I'd go for. Lovely dress btw.

I think nude shades would work really well for shoes and bag. Royal blue is harder to match to navy IMO. Royal blue is quite a vibrant shade, and putting another strong colour up against it could be too much. Black would work also, although not very exciting.

I have to disagree with some of the previous posters, I think white shoes/bag wouldn't look great, though it obviously depends on the style of shoe/bag chosen.

Normally with that sort of blue I would say nude straight away. Its the silver/grey detail that is throwing me. I would have to say silver on this occasion.

    I agree with silver
