Removing grout or changing grout colour

Just got a new bathroom with large white rectangular tiles on the walls and got dark grey grout. My wife chose the colour but instantly hated it once it was done. Just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to remove grout and re-grout in another colour or can you easily paint/dye grout?

You can scrape the grout out but it takes time.
