it depends on your super. some will allow it only for foxing while other supers will require a deer licence. The joys of having 36 different licensing authorities in Ireland.

Ye can have any calibre if ye can justify its usage. I know for sure that some lads have 243s for fox only. 220swift, 22-250 and 223s are all slaves to the wind.
