Leadership Development Questionnaire

I'm hoping for some help. This might seem a bit off topic for the Psychology board, but bear with me.

In project management there are various leadership styles. In 2005, Dulewicz and Higgs developed a series of 150 questions that aimed to establish the leadership style of any individual. The paper was called: Assessing leadership styles and organizational context and it was published by Journal of Managerial Psychology, volume 20, pages 105–123.

I am doing an academic paper on the leadership styles in startups, and trying to establish the leadership styles of various startup founders.

I was wondering if anybody had a copy of the questionnaire or if they knew where I could get a copy?

    Thanks for reading.

Often a good idea to contact the authors. They'll either give it to you free of charge (more usual this side of the Atlantic), or point you to a company you can buy it from. Was it not in the original article?

It wasn't in the articles that I read. I don't think they give it out for free as one of the authors has set up a company that provides consultation services to companies, based on the questionnaire.

However, I will try in the morning. Meanwhile, if anybody has a copy of the questionnaire, it would be gratefully receeived

No harm contacting the authors anyway. There are usually caveats on what you can use it for - ie they may allow use of the questionnaire for research purposes, but not in a commercial setting. Their academic affiliation will be in the Journal.
