My printer just packed in so needing a new one.

It wouldn't be used too often maybe 20-30 pages a week.

Also want one where the ink is not a horrid price.

    Any ideas please?

I bought a new printer recently for home use. Its a HP Deskjet 1510. All-in-One-Series for 50e. (PRINT, COPY & SCAN) It takes the 301 Ink & I got the black & colour for 25e. I only use it about monthly!!. I am very happy with it so far.

We recently bought the Canon MG5650 which is a three in one as well and we are quite happy with it.
Decision was based on the ink replacement costs and being able to change the individual cartridges rather than the 3 in 1 units.
We are not heavy users, but we are still on the original cartridges after a few months.

I see there is a laser printer on sale in tescos for 79 euro. That should keep you going for a couple of years at 20 pages a week. Black and white only of course...
