How/can you repost suspected terrorism membership ?

    I was trying to find an answer online for Ireland but basically if you witness/know of someone who is raising your suspicions of being a member of Isis or some terror group like that, can you/how do you report them?
    Like I said it is a suspicion but a strong one.
