    Hey all,

    Looking to add some more lentil receipes into the diet, and generally use traditional meat dishes and just swap a few things around...

    At the moment i do;
    Lentil Masala
    Lentil Chili Con(Sin) Carne
    Lentil Madras
    Lentil Ragu
    Lentil Red Curry...

    Are there any other dishes that lend themselves to lentils.meat swap?

    Lentils are easy to sprout. They are good raw but baking them into a loaf of bread is nice too.
