Two toilet wastes on 1 horizontal pipe?

    Hi,

Looking at re configuring an ensuite which is adjacent a bathroom. Is it possible to mount 2 toilets back to back on one wall( about 1m between them roughy) on the same waste pipe?(with sufficient gradients obviously)

The existing one is on the internal wall located on an external corner soil stack within 1m. Am wary the furthest trap may be emptied when the nearest is flushed, would an AAV valve work at the end of a T on the upright?

I can access the Soil stack completely independently it would mean core boring the external wall and maybe 4 or 5 joists drilled too as Im intending to put in a shower too.

    TIA
