Discovered what I believe is an issue with the new operating system and iTunes yesterday. Connected by iPad (with ios9 installed) to my Mac for the purpose of transferring some movie files to a third party app (Azul). (I do it every time I'm going to be flying.)

When I click ty app tab in iTunes for the connected device, the iTunes list of your apps is blank. It recognises my iPad fine, and even displays your iPad screens correctly so you can rearrange your apps but it doesn't list them like its supposed to therefore you can use iTunes to transfer files to your apps on your iPad.

Ended up being limited to transferring MP4 files only to the native video player via drag and drop.

Was very unimpressed as I didn't have time to convert .avi and .mkv files to MP4.

Seems it's not a unique issue to me but there's no fix yet. (I took the usual measures to no avail)
