chip time v finish time

Hi guys, probably stupid question but just looking and thinking about pace for Dublin, which will be my fourth dcm so should know. But looking at last year's results, they have me at 4.15 finish time, which matched my garmin but with 4.17 chip time? How can my chip time be slower than finish time.

mistake in the listings
everyone's 'finish time' is faster than their 'chip time', they've switched the column headers
