    Hi Irish Water,

    I write to you to Thank a lady in your company. I called you because i had a meter installed and to say they left a mess would be a understatment. I was angry and screamimg down the phone. I spoke to this lady called Debbie altough i never got her surname. Debbie was very helpful and explained all the process and information to me. She remained calm when i was insulting her and really helped me. I umderstand to work there must be hard as worked in customer service for 10 years.

    I feel this lady deserves to be reconised for her work. I was agest Irish Water and she has changed my mind about you. I cant call back as i dont have much credit. Can you please thank this lady for me? The Irish water workers came out the next day.
