    Hi,

I got a job done recently after it my MK2 Focus failed the NCT on rear-driverside suspension bushings. They were all fairly shot.

I've been told the parts alone come to almost €300 euro and €170 of that is from Ford.

Am I being had on? Seems very high.

    Track alignment bolts
    Anti roll bar drop link
    Full shock trailing arm
    Axle bushing

Replacing bushings only, what parts are needed? What's the minimum needed to get the job done?

That sounds expensive alright, I'd expect that if they were replacing that suspension arm. The thing is suspension parts on focus's are known to rust badly and near impossible to remove without cutting or removing the subframe. So maybe that's what they are planning to do.

If your still not happy go to another garage for a second opinion / quote.
