advice needed with Track machine

    hello, I got a case poclain digger, 14 ton on tracks but one track side is not moving, you can hear the drive motor making some noise but nothing happening, anyone able to help

    Splines gone on output shaft to sundrive gear

    Well it all depends on what you define as a big job. Have you the means and the tools to even remove the track?
    You won't know what parts will be needed until you strip it down and in fairness it normally take a fairly experienced eye to determine what parts are actually needed.
