Painting a freshly plastered doorway.

    Hi,
I have just had a internal doorway blocked up and plastered,
I'm going to leave it a week or so before painting.
My question is should I use a stain blocker or is there any other product to minimise the effect, you can always seem to tell there used to be a doorway when they are blocked up and I'm hoping to avoid it.
We will be painting the whole room but I'm still worried about the doorway still showing afterwards.
    Any thoughts/help ?
    Thanks

Lining paper might be an idea if the surfaces don't 100% match.

The plaster did a good job so I might get away with it but if there was something I could paint on first before the whole room gets painted, that's what I'm looking for if there is such a product.

paint "polybond" over the fresh plaster as it stops the moisture affecting the fresh paint and gives a sealer that limits the absorption of the fresh paint
