    Hello,

    We had previously been registered with Irish Water at our old address on the 30th of July, but since then we have moved house and are currently registered at the new address. Can we still receive the water conservation grant? We have not received any letter about the grant and since the deadline is next week I doubt we will get one by then. I tried requesting a new TIN from the water grant website but they said our details did not match their records. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Thanks,
    Cian

    Hi Glenfiec,

    Thanks for contacting our page.

    If you registered your details at your primary property on or before June 30th of this year, you are eligible to apply for this year's Water Conservation Grant, the deadline of which has been extended to Thursday, October 22nd.

    We can check your registration to make sure that everything is in order, if you wish? To do this, we would ask that you send the following information via PM:

    Name;
    Address;
    Contact Number and;
    Account Number with confirmation that you are the account holder.

    We would also ask that you edit your public post to remove your Account Number and WPRN, as this information is sensitive to you.

    Kind regards,
    Amy.

    That would be great Amy, I'm not sure why I can't get a new TIN. I'll send you my details via PM now
