    Where can i get this?
...you know the bit that slides up and down gripping the pole.
The rubber has worn off the inside of it so it just hits the bottom all the time.

Even if i knew its official name i could search for it - thanks.

same thing happened me, I basically got a new shower head, chrome pole yoke and bracket in lidl or Aldi,
Our bathroom was tiled around the old wall fixings, so I just swapped the chrome bar yoke and grippy bit. Luckily they were the same diameter. Had to chop a bit off the pole to get it to fit as it was longer.

Original came with a Mira sport shower from around 2007

    This basically.

    TLDR

Google shower head clamp/shower head holder. Apparently you can get them separately! (I paid less though)

    Cheers for the replies
Update: I got one - its generally called an adjustable shower head holder. They come in various sizes 19mm 22mm and 25mm i think. The size refers to the diameter of your pole its to fit onto. Mine was 19mm

I just Searched for shower head holder on ebay - pricey enough though - £6.39 plus parcel motel fee - delivered from the UK.

Might have gotten one cheaper in china with free delivery but i couldn't wait - i needed it in a hurry.
