Appeal after special supplemental?

Does anyone know if you can do an academic appeal to the Senior Lecturer/University Council if you fail a special supplemental but only failed the supplemental for a technical issue with the way you answered your exam? Has anyone heard of it happening before? First year CS who wants to be second year CS here.

The only you can ask is your tutor and you need to do it ASAP
