Where would you go in Kildare to get a bike on the Bikes4Work scheme?
I'm pretty tall and want somewhere who'll take the time to get a good fitting bike for me

    List is here

    Thanks in advance!

McLoughlins in Newbridge were offering a free bike fit with each new bike sold last time I spoke with them. Alternatively Cahills in Naas have strong ties with Naas Cycling Club so should be used to dealing with the more committed cyclist.

If you want to be sure, it might be worth going to an independent bike fitter before buying to discuss geometries and sizes

Does your employer restrict you to this list?

There is no such thing as the "Bike4Work" scheme - they are simply a commercial organisation that earns money from introducing employers to bike shops. There is no requirement for any employer to use them (although they can limit you in this way if they so choose)

My OH bought a Liv Envie from Bikeology in Naas, and was very happy with it. They spent plenty of time making sure the fit was right on it for her, even to the extent of ordering in a new stem for it, but letting her take the bike with the original rather than wait. Know plenty of other people who have bought bikes there in the last year or 2 as well, and all have been very happy with them.

TBH if I was looking to buy BTW and didn't have to deal with CSS, I'd probably give these guys first shout at it, as they're also very sound guys.
