Holiday entitlement question

I work 12 hour shifts on a 2 week on 2 week off basis. That's 84 hours per week or 168 hours per fortnight.
Yet I only receive 14 days annual leave per year in two x 7 day periods .
My boss says that my 14 days equates to 168 hours pay , which is an average of four x 42 hour weeks .. I'm not allowed take my 2 weeks together ..isn't the law in this country 20 days holidays per year and my day is 12 hours long so it's 12 hours x 20 ?

There is a few ways to calculate holiday hours owed.
(You can check on citizens advice website.)
Holiday pay would be generally 8% of hours worked up to maximum of 4 weeks (156 holiday hours,)
Check your contract to see what way they calculate holiday pay or if you are entitled to more.
