    Hi I'm aware this has properly been covered but I could not find the thread, I am looking ta get wild boar sausages in the Monaghan area if any one could help or even online, am also interested in a bit of kangaroo thanks in advance!!!

    There's load of irish butchers like James Whelan Butchers or Jack McCarthy of Kanturk that have an online ordering and delivery system in place, try there for starters. If you go with the former, try their home reared Waygu steaks, or the latter then their award-winning black pudding
