If you have a job to return to and your not returning because of childcare issues then your not available for work and you won't get Jobseekers

I was working part time and doing a full time course before I had the baby. The part time work is in a residential care unit and I'm only on a temporary panel. So basically they call as they need you. They don't have work for me at the moment but that cud change. I just don't no when. Work didn't pay me maternity leave. I just got the maternity benefit.

Absolutely then if you are available for full time work you can apply for Joobseekers Benefit/allowance.
When is your maternity leave finished?
