A year ago i was told i have Keratoconus, they said they couldn't even tell i had it only for my fast eye sight decline. I had a hospital appointment 6 months ago and they said cross linking might be done at some stage but haven't heard notting about any more checkups from hospital for now. Specsavers said its stabilising…

A year ago i was told i have Keratoconus, they said they couldn't even tell i had it only for my fast eye sight decline. I had a hospital appointment 6 months ago and they said cross linking might be done at some stage but haven't heard notting about any more checkups from hospital for now. Specsavers said its stabilising but still got a bit worse since last year, should i wait and see what happens with when ever the hospital call me back or would it be a good idea to maybe looking into getting crossing linking done privately?
