Currently have a compact crank on road bike which has an internal bottom bracket type. Want to swap power meter from TT bike which which uses a GXP BB.
Question: how do I determine if a GXP bottom bracket will fit my road bike before I buy one? Cheers

    Hi,
Quarq riken. Currently have a GXP type BB on TT. Previously SRAM force crank. So assumed I'd put the same on road bike if this BB was compatible.
At least then I could swap between SRAM and PM crank easy enough. Make sense? Cheers

    Hi,
That's the problem I'm not sure how to tell the shell type. Its for my current road bike. It has a press fit SRAM crank on it at present. Thanks

if it's press fit you will probably need some kind of adaptor to allow the gxp bottom bracket to fit. I know SRAM do BB30 press fit. What model bike do you have? You could take the current crank off your road bike, take a pic and post it here.
