Karcher K4 Compact power washer

    Anybody here have any knowledge of these power washers. I have one and yesterday the "Quick coupling for high pressure hose" blew off. Is there a way of re-attaching it - I have tried to screw it back on, it seems to be tight enough but every time I turn on the power it blows off again.

    Mods - if you think that this should be in the Gardening or DIY forua (forums) please move.

    The quick coupling should just be sharply pushed in, you should hear a click.
    Or are you saying the threaded bit is unscrewing itself over time?

    Thanks - my problem is with the piece into which the push-in hose connector fits. This is usually attached (how I don't know - I thought it was screw and have screwed it in tightly) to the unit itself; but it and the hose blow off when power is switched on.

    I'll take a better look at it over the weekend.
