Thanks refusetolose, will hold on to see if anyone else responds. I've added the system requirements below taken from the Adobe website. It appears to tick most of the boxes but I'm unsure about the display & the OpenGL 2.0–capable system parts?

    Dreamweaver
    Windows
Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64 processor
Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10
    2GB of RAM
1.1GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices)
1280x1024 display with 16-bit video card
Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.*

    Photoshop
    Windows
Intel® Core 2 or AMD Athlon® 64 processor; 2 GHz or faster processor
Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10
2 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)
2 GB of available hard-disk space for 32-bit installation; 2.1 GB of available hard-disk space for 64-bit installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices)
    1024 x 768 display (1280x800 recommended) with 16-bit color and 512 MB of VRAM (1 GB recommended)*
    OpenGL 2.0–capable system
Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.**

Its withdrawn, but would have done very light photoshop work, but nothing significant.

Thanks to everyone that responded previously, I have seen another laptop which ticks the boxes. I was wondering if this is good value?

any laptop with over 4gb of ram and an i3/i5/i7 will make short work of any tasks, ideally dedicated nvidia gfx to utilise CUDA as a bonus.

For that money I'd want a new machine, I would avoid them. Not as good in person as they look on paper.

Thanks guys, it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. I'm only learning Dreamweaver so ideally I'd like to spend in the region of €500.

I'll keep looking, maybe I'll find something suitable.

Your requirements are quite easy to fill, any intel i3 or above with 8GB of RAM will do Dreamweaver without issue. Happy hunting!
