Hot water issue

Hi All - I'm in a bit of a pickle so any help would be greatly appreciated. I currently have no running hot water and have been messing with the taps next in the hot press for the last few days as this started about a week ago. I got the hot water back up and running but yesterday it has stopped again after making no changes. I have gas central heating with zonal heating (upstairs and downstairs) and attached is a picture of the hot press.

Would anyone know which of the two red taps should be open/closed? From the attached picture.

    Thanks in advance.

Ok so I now have lukewarm water coming out of the hot taps. The bottom red tap I have fully open and the red tap above it I have 3/4 closed.

The valve on the bottom of the tank should only be open approx. 1 - 1.5 turns. The valve to the right of it close it to less than .5 of a turn.
The two yellow handle valves to the top right of the cylinder are closed. They should be open as they are stopping air from reaching the automatic air vent valves, which could cause air to build up and create air locks.
The heating system is a sealed system, check the pressure gauge on the right, there should be a minimum of 1.0 bar pressure on the dial (black pointer only)
The motorised zone valve that is furthest back to the right of the cylinder, check that when you select hot water on the timer that the small metal arm sticking out of the top of it is moving freely and not springing back into position. When you do not select hot water, the small lever should be more difficult to move and should spring back to the auto position.
I cannot see a thermostat on the cylinder for the hot water, is there one? is it turned up to at least 65'?
